  • Yogalates
    If you want to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen your core connection—all while moving mindfully—this class is for you. Yogalates blends the best of yoga and mat Pilates in a gently heated room, offering a balanced mix of flowing movement, stability work, and breath awareness.

    You’ll leave feeling strong, lengthened, and refreshed—like you’ve given your body exactly what it needed.

  • I you  want to move with intention, connect to your breath and find balance- Hatha is for you!
    This class is designed to offer a well-rounded practice,combining strength, flexibility, and breath awareness in a heated room. As an umbrella term for all yoga, Hatha can vary based on the teachers style, ranging from gentle to more dynamic movement.
    You can expect to leave feeling centered,refreshed, and in tune with your body.

    If you want to move with breath,build strength ,and embrace the heat - Try Hot Flow
    This class is designed to blend dynamic movement with the intensity of a heated room,creating a flowing practice that builds endurance,flexibility,and mindfulness.
    You can expect to leave feeling energized,strong,ad fully refreshed.

  • SAHALI - Traditional Hot (6-953 Laval Crescent)
  • If you want to build strength,endurance,and mental focus through a structured practice- Traditional Hot is the class for you! 
    This class is designed to follow the traditional 26 & 2 series in a heated room,using a consistent sequence of postures to promote alignment ,flexibility, and detoxification.
    You can expect to leave feeling challenge,invigorated,and deeply refreshed.

  • If you want to sweat, stretch, and sculpt in one powerful class, Hot Yoga Barre is for you.

    If you want the burn of barre with the flow of yoga, you’ll love our unique fusion—using light weights and body weight to strengthen, tone, and lengthen.
