    This class is designed to offer a well-rounded practice,combining strength, flexibility, and breath awareness in a heated room. As an umbrella term for all yoga, Hatha can vary based on the teachers style, ranging from gentle to more dynamic movement.
    You can expect to leave feeling centered,refreshed, and in tune with your body.

  • If you want to build strength,endurance,and mental focus through a structured practice- Try Traditional Hot!
    This class is designed to follow the traditional 26 & 2 series in a heated room,using a consistent sequence of postures to promote alignment ,flexibility, and detoxification.
    You can expect to leave feeling challenge,invigorated,and deeply refreshed.

  • BROCK - Yin (17-1800 Tranquille Road)
  • IF YOU  want to relax and release tension in your body and mind- Try our Yin classes.
    This class is designed to promote deep relaxation,improve flexibility ,and encourage mindfulness through long-held , passive postures.
    You can expect to leave feeling rested,open and at ease.

  • Yoga is so much more than postures on a mat—it’s an entire path of discovery, transformation, and connection. In this special “Surprise Class,” we’ll explore yoga from many different angles, giving you a taste of its rich tradition beyond what most people ever experience.

    No two classes will look the same. One week we may move in silence, another we may explore sound through mantras or chants. Some classes may invite breathwork (pranayama) to shift energy and focus, while others weave in meditation, mudras (hand gestures), or guided self-inquiry. At times you’ll experience deep stillness, at others a joyful, flowing practice. Always yoga—just approached through different doorways.

    Think of this class as an exploration—an invitation to discover what aspects of yoga resonate with you most deeply. You may find something you love, something that challenges you, or something you never expected. That’s the beauty of the surprise.

  • If you want to quiet your mind, connect more deeply to your breath, and move with intention, this class is for you. Moving Meditation is a breath-led hot yoga experience designed to ground you in your body and pull you out of the mental noise. Through fluid sequences and mindful breathwork, you'll cultivate presence, release tension, and reconnect with your inner self.

    You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply connected to your body and breath.
