    This class is designed to offer a well-rounded practice,combining strength, flexibility, and breath awareness in a heated room. As an umbrella term for all yoga, Hatha can vary based on the teachers style, ranging from gentle to more dynamic movement.
    You can expect to leave feeling centered,refreshed, and in tune with your body.

  • BROCK - Hot Deep Stretch (17-1800 Tranquille Road)

  • If you want to open your body, build resilience ,and find a deep release- Hot Deep stretch is the class for you!
    This class is designed to blend strength and surrender through longer-held postures in a heated environment, improving flexibility while cultivation both challenge and ease.
    You can expect to leave feeling lengthened ,empowered, and deeply refreshed.
