    This class is designed to blend gentle movement with breath awareness ,promoting balance,flexibility ,and a sense of calm.
    You can expect to leave feeling grounded,refreshed, and centered.

  • SAHALI - Traditional Hot (6-953 Laval Crescent)
  • If you want to build strength,endurance,and mental focus through a structured practice- Traditional Hot is the class for you! 
    This class is designed to follow the traditional 26 & 2 series in a heated room,using a consistent sequence of postures to promote alignment ,flexibility, and detoxification.
    You can expect to leave feeling challenge,invigorated,and deeply refreshed.
