    You can expect to leave feeling rested,open and at ease.

  • SAHALI - Hot Hatha (6-953 Laval Crescent)
  • I you  want to move with intention, connect to your breath and find balance- Hatha is for you!
    This class is designed to offer a well-rounded practice,combining strength, flexibility, and breath awareness in a heated room. As an umbrella term for all yoga, Hatha can vary based on the teachers style, ranging from gentle to more dynamic movement.
    You can expect to leave feeling centered,refreshed, and in tune with your body.

  • BROCK - Hot Hatha (17-1800 Tranquille Rd)
  • If you want to move with intention, connect to your breath and find balance- check out a Hatha class!
