All classes are 60/75/90 minutes depending on class time.
Students of all levels are welcome. You will need to be (16) years or older to attend classes. Under age (18) will need a parent or guardian to sign Waiver Form.
Please arrive at least (10) minutes prior to the start of class. (First-timers need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to register). Late comers WILL NOT be admitted as it is disruptive to the class in session.
The room is hot, be prepared to sweat. Some of the classes are at room temperature. Check the schedule for class type.
Wear lightweight workout clothes.
Bring water, yoga mat and two towels. These items are also available for purchase/rent at the studios.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day before class (approximately 1 liter) Don't try to over hydrate in class. Sips of water are fine, but ultimately you want no food or liquid in the stomach during the practice.
For noticeable benefits, we recommend coming at least three times a week.
For a complete life overhaul, we recommend committing to six days a week for two months. Your life will never be the same again.
In order to create and maintain a pleasant environment for your yoga practice, we ask that you read and abide by the following policies:
Admittance is on a first come, first served basis
Leave shoes in the front lobby
Make sure you and others around you have a view of the front mirror
The Hot Room is a SILENT ROOM. Please respect and enjoy the silence of the Hot Room before and after class.
No scented products should be worn in the room or sprayed in the room.
