Yvette instructs the following:
  • Yin
  • Yin is a slower practice which targets joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe stress on connective tissues, leaving the yogi with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. This class is great for all levels including athletes looking for a focused stretch experience. This class is practiced at room temperature

  • Mukti
  • Mukti is one of our signature series classes. A repetition of carefully sequenced held classic poses brings understanding, strength and flexibility in a full body experience. This all –levels class initiates the beginner while still challenging the practiced yogi in the room. Our Mukti classes are all taught by Moksha certified instructors. The class is practiced in a hot room. 

  • Traditional Hot Core
  • Traditional Hot Core classes incorporates core work throughout our signature series class, building strength and flexibility beginning with standing poses and moving through and ending with poses on the floor. It is creative and challenging yet always accessible for all yogis for the beginner and more experienced. The room is heated to 40 degrees, so don’t forget your water.

  • Hot Hatha
  • Hot Hatha classes are a great way to understand the principles of yoga. Classes are based on themes and bring deeper understanding of your body and your practice. Hatha instructors hold poses to allow exploration and knowledge to initiate discovery of your personal edge. These crafted classes appeal to all levels and is practiced in a hot room

  • Traditional Hot
  • Traditional Hot is one of our signature series classes. A repetition of carefully sequenced held classic poses brings understanding, strength and flexibility in a full body experience. This all –levels class initiates the beginner while still challenging the practiced yogi in the room. This class is practiced in a hot room.

  • Yin to Nidra
  • This marriage is made in heaven. Yin poses to start the class to bring deep opening into the joints and flexibility into the muscles followed by Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep). Nidra is a guided systematic relaxation of the mind and body to bring deep stress relief and subconscious balancing. Your mind and body will both feel lighter with this experience. This class is practiced at room temperature
