  • Hot Hatha
  • Hot Hatha classes are a great way to understand the principles of yoga. Classes are based on themes and bring deeper understanding of your body and your practice. Hatha instructors hold poses to allow exploration and knowledge to initiate discovery of your personal edge. These crafted classes appeal to all levels and is practiced in a hot room

  • Hatha
  • Hatha classes are a great way to understand the principles of yoga. Classes are based on themes and bring deeper understanding of your body and your practice. Hatha instructors hold poses to allow exploration and knowledge to initiate discovery of your personal edge. These crafted classes appeal to all levels. This class is an unheated room temperature class.

  • Traditional Hot
  • Traditional Hot is one of our signature series classes. A repetition of carefully sequenced held classic poses brings understanding, strength and flexibility in a full body experience. This all –levels class initiates the beginner while still challenging the practiced yogi in the room. This class is practiced in a hot room. 

  • Yin
  • Yin is a slower practice which targets joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving the yogi with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. This class is great for all levels including athletes looking for a focused stretch experience. This class is practiced at room temperature

  • Yin
  • Yin is a slower practice which targets joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe stress on connective tissues, leaving the yogi with an overall feeling of lightness, spaciousness and peace. This class is great for all levels including athletes looking for a focused stretch experience. This class is practiced at room temperature

  • Mukti
  • Mukti is one of our signature series classes. A repetition of carefully sequenced held classic poses brings understanding, strength and flexibility in a full body experience. This all –levels class initiates the beginner while still challenging the practiced yogi in the room. Our Mukti classes are all taught by Moksha certified instructors. The class is practiced in a hot room. 

  • Traditional Hot Expand
  • Traditional Hot is one of our signature series classes. A repetition of carefully sequenced held classic poses brings understanding, strength and flexibility in a full body experience. This class plays with different variations of the  Traditional Hot sequence. This class is practiced in a hot room. 

  • Silent Traditional Hot
  • A more meditative spin on our normal Traditional Hot class. Only the name of the pose will be given and a demonstration from the teacher but ultimately you will get a chance to embrace the silence and express your inner wisdom of the Traditional Hot yoga series.

  • Yoga X
  • Yoga X will explore various yoga poses that will build strength, flexibility and endurance in all areas of the body. By improving alignment, balancing strength and increasing range of motion, the body can move and perform with greater ease, reducing your risk of injury.
     
    This class will be helpful for all levels of students and will be practiced in a warm room.
