w to Fly will have a flow sequence as the foundation for this fun, new class on the schedule. You will be working toward a peak pose each month to see your progression, working with arm balancing and inversions. This won’t happen in the first class, so don’t worry, we will continue to build the core strength and flexibility so that toward the end of the month you may be able to lift off! This class is suited for a yogi with a few classes under their belt, however it’s open to everyone if you’re willing to play and at the same time build your physical and mental strength.
