This marriage is made in heaven. Yin poses to start the class to bring deep opening into the joints and flexibility into the muscles followed by Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep). Nidra is a guided systematic relaxation of the mind and body to bring deep stress relief and subconscious balancing. Your mind and body will both feel lighter with this experience. This class is practiced at room temperature
